FAP Day was a rare opportunity to bring the largest funder of innovation in DF, the Research Support Foundation, closer to the Brazilian criminal experts. The opportunities to support Research, Development and Innovation offered by FAP DF and how to access them were presented. As an illustration, two cases were presented, including the NanoSSatellite Alfa Crux, the first of a constellation that will be developed by the University of Brasilia and funded by FAP DF. The district criminal expert Daniel Caldas presented another case of using artificial intelligence against drug trafficking.
